Q: Is there a way for me to receive hardcopies of the slides?
A: No, we do not produce hard copies of the slides. However you may download the slides for personal and noncommercial use. All materials shown on this website, unless otherwise indicated, are copyrighted materials. Please refer to our Copyright statement.


Q: What if the site does not recognize my user name and password?
A:

To confirm that you are using the correct user name and password, please click on "I forgot my user name and password" and enter your email address. Your user name and password will be emailed to you within minutes. Should the database still not recognize you, you can either re-register and gain immediate access or contact us at info.ccmdweb@clinicalbridges.com and explain the problem.




Q: How do I change my password?
A: Users may change their passwords by accessing the "Edit My Profile" option from the Member Login page.


Q: How do I download a slide presentation to my computer?
A: After you add the slide(s) to your tray, click on Save This Slide Tray As A Presentation.


Q: The slides are downloaded, but I can’t find the files.
A: A. Click on your computer’s Start button  

Click on “Find

 

Click on “Files or Folders

 

Enter the file name of the file you downloaded

 

Click on “Find Now”

 

Double click on file once found.

 

NOTE: If instead of saving or displaying, you see a screen of miscellaneous characters, please go back to the previous screen and hold the Shift key while you click on the link. This should force your browser to download rather than display the PowerPoint file.
